for a lot of people its not about guilt. its about terrible wrongs that were done to themselves or their families I will never forgive what they did to my elderly parents To forgive would dishonor my parents and in fact they would not want me to forgive those people who did that to them so this is not about guilt I just have to learn not to internalize so much leave the pain outside of myself but Id feel guilty and not true to myself to "just let it go" these people do not deserve forgiveness and Im ok with this you need to stop making people feel guilty for anger and resentment towards the perpetrators That is not healthy. and no we did not choose our parents this is absurd! you lost me with the reincarnation stuff sorry there is some wisdom here but take the best and leave the rest.

I cried to God to teach me and lead the way on how to love myself so I can love others in the same way. The next morning, I stumbled upon this video. I believe it was God who led me to Louise Hay. After listening to her for two days straight, I stopped crying during prayers. I was filled with so much love, joy, peace, gratitude and trust to God and to His plans for my life. I'm learning to love myself. I started coming from the place of love, not hurt nor fear nor pain. I know that I am getting there. I am becoming LOVE.

Ya’ll….. in her chapter about growing up and getting old, she talks about how she believes we don’t have to suffer in disease and be hooked up to machines as grow old anddie. That we can choose to die peacefully in our sleep. In 2017 Louise died peacefully in her sleep from natural causes at age 90. I just burst into tears ❤️❤️❤️ The Power truly is within us!

I listened to this and felt so many emotions. I felt wonderful after. When I slept last night, I had two dreams that I would need to be naked and both times I hesitated. I got a long path to healing my subconscious. I’m going to listen to this every day for 30+ days as I believe it was sent to me by the universe.

I practiced what Louise taught about loving yourself in 1986 after a divorce I did not want. Two young children were involved. I was so depressed that at times my body ached, really ached all over. I began listening to her soothing voice and uplifting messages and I began to practice her teachings and within a few months I felt much better, in six months I felt better than any other time in my life. Learning to love yourself is more important than most of us realize. Whatever you are Louise I am sending you a big hug and kiss.
